5-15-03 @ 9:34 P.M. I'm listening to Coldplay. MMMM. How great.
that quiz is so right about me. shoooot. haha. I started saying that yesterday and now I can't stop. I say it like every five seconds. haha I love it. man this day was so ever-loving long, but I won't bore you with the details (haha you wish). So last night I went to the youth group meeting. It was good. We played dodge ball. Man I hate that game. The ball got close to me so I went in the other room and talked to Benjamin (the guy that works at the ol' recreation center). He's so nice. Afterward, me, Lydia, Joy, and Jonathan Arhelger met Vincent at at the bowling alley and bowled. Well I didn't bowl cause I wasn't gonna waste 8 bucks (that I don't have) on rolling a ball on the ground. Shelly met us up there at around 11:00 and we just hungout for a while and then on the way to her apartment we stopped by Otto's and oh he's just precious! haha. We came to her apartment and I met her roomate for the first time. She was so cute! We just chilled and put "Saving Silverman" on and man is that movie funny. Then we went to sleep. This morning we woke up really early and went to SuperTarget so Lydia could have her interview and now I'm gonna tell you about the REALLY long day. So we got there at about 8:45 and stood in line for almost two hours and me and Shelly got bored so we went to Wal-Mart for a while and saw this beautiful little girl! She had blonde hair and blue eyes and kept smiling and waving at us. It was so cute! so anyway, we went back to SuperTarget to see if she was done and she wasn't so we went to Eckerd and Tom Thumb and then came back and she still wasn't done and we couldn't find her. We drove in like 7 circles looking for her and we checked in Wendy's and just couldn't find her so Shelly started getting mad and I was like "She's probably in the trailer" and Shelly was like "but I haven't seen anyone go into the trailor blah blah blah" and so after forever we finally decided to park the car and we were walking towards I don't know where and I was like "OH THERE SHE IS!" and she was walking out of the trailor. I was right. So Lydia told us she had to have some sort of identification so we went to Arlington and got her one at some check cashing place and there was this guy that worked there named Jason and he said we all looked familiar, especially me and he was really nice. It was cool. haha. Then we went back to SuperTarget and me and Shelly sat in the car for an hour waiting for Lydia (I fell asleep) and then Lydia called us from someone's cell phone and told us it was gonna be another half hour/45 minutes and we were really sick of waiting so Shelly took me home and then left. Mind you I was out from 8:00 this morning til 6:00 tonight. I'm tired and warn out. Man all that waiting. One of the times that me and Shelly were waiting, we were sitting in the car listening to Echocast "unplugged" (oh, Echocast is Joy's ex-boyfriend's band) and it got to this song called "Surround" that Adam (Joy's ex b/f) wrote and I was just thinking about like all the memories I have not just with Adam, but with the whole band and I thought about the first time I heard Echocast play "Surround" live and was just thinking about how that band shaped a BIG part of my life. Like a HUGE part of my life and I started crying. It wasn't just crying, I mean I was seriously BALLING and then Shelly started crying. Yeah it was sad but it felt really good for some reason. ANYWAY. There were these three girls standing in front of us today and one of them was SO funny. She was so clever. They were SO nice too. Man it was great. So yeah now you know about my day. Sounds fun huh? haha. I'm not doing anything tomorrow. On Saturday Heidi is coming over and I think we're going to the Gunshot Romance show. Yay! I can't wait. I freaking love Heidi. Sunday is church and then Jennifer's house! I'm excited about this weekend. So Kathryne feels better! YAY! I love her so much. I can't wait til hxc prom, I wonder when it is. Well I don't have much else to say. What's up with this Lunar Eclipse thing? nothing happened. Well not that I could see anyway. But I do remember on my 12th b-day that were was on a lunar eclipse and I could actually see it and it was beautiful and how it was like a little b-day present from God. It was nice. Ya know, it's in the little things. Like when you get little things that you just know are from God cause it makes you happy and it couldn't have been from anyone else. I wish more people would appreciate the little things! ok I'm done now. I love you! bye. -Sarah- |
